Bio: Tai is a very Carefree kind of guy with a loud mouth, dispite the fact he is on the lower end of economic ladder.
He is a childhood friend of Nini who was found nearly dead by Nini in the vast acres owned by her family. After he departed from Nini's small town he left for Ratopolis in hopes that his personal delivery business would take off.

Though he doesn't Have his own office he gets many small delivery jobs usually by the same people. His company policy is "Deliver first. Ask questions never." So that's what he does, and that is also the reason why he meets Rai and has his reunion with Nini.
One night he is called up for a very well paying delivery, that same night Rai is informed that a major crime lords illegal weapon is being delivered for mass production. Due to all the confusion, Tai is confused for an enemy and Tai confuses Rai for some kind of robber. After the fight and the confusion dies down Tai sees Nini and stops to talk after seeing she is friends with Rai.

Tai seems to only really help out Rai if either the job will pay off for him or if Nini is in danger. He can be selfish at times because as a small rat he only had to look out for himself, having no family at all.

Personality: Tai is very carefree, loud, cocky, uptight and usually hungry. Besides all of theis he is usually a nice guy. He doesnt really get along with Rai but listens to the wise words of Jinx, he's also basically whipped by Nini because of the massive debt he owes to her.

Occupation: An Independant delivery Man, meaning he delivers small things that are of great value for the client. He does all of his deliveries by foot, not just because he doesnt have a car it is also because he cares that pashionetly about his job. His Motto is "Deliver first. Ask Questions never." He spent most of his money getting His company name in the phone book for ratopolis so he lacks an office and gets his job over his cell phone.

Abillities: He is Extremely fast (like crazy fast), in a small space he can leave after images of himself. Tai can run for a very long time his longest time was a hour straight of fullspeed.This along with being agile and having the kicking power of a fullspeed car.
He can't take hits well though, put a couple of heavy hitting shots on him and he'll be down for the count.
He has a strong sense of Instinct which also helps him find his destination when he's lost on a job and to react to things a bit faster than normal rodents.
Tai also made up his own fighting style called Tai-Running (creative i know), which incorporates free running and tae-kwon-do. As a last resort he sprints at absolute full speed and gives a headbut that has the potiential to break solid steel, though this does injure his body to the point were he is unable to move afterward.



Family: Never remembers having any

Hobbies: Running, Eating, Sleeping
Hates: When people use others, Evil, Annoying people, Rai, when people disturb his sleep.

(note: his name isn't Tai because of Rai's name. It's because my little brothers name is Ty and when i make a character that I really like I usually make there name Tai so it's the same and also a different name.)
